We make use of Airless Spray Painting which is the application of paint at extremely high pressure (250 bar / 3000psi). Conventional Spray Painting machines use air pressure to aspirate the paint, but in airless spray painting, brute hydraulic pressure is used to create the spray through a specialized nozzle. The advantages are that there are much less overspray, the paint is far more evenly spread and prevents patch marks left by paint brushes which take far too long to apply, we have the ability to cover a 1500m2 roof in just one day!
